The Makita XCV20Z 18V X2 (36V) LXT® Brushless Cordless 2.1 Gallon Wet/Dry Dust Extractor/Vacuum (tool only) is a powerful tool that delivers impressive performance. With up to 100 minutes of continuous run time on the normal setting and 42 minutes on the high setting, this vacuum is designed to handle tough tasks with ease.

Equipped with a Makita-built BL™ Brushless Motor, this vacuum delivers 74 CFM and 44" water lift of suction using two 18V LXT Lithium-Ion batteries (sold separately). The brushless motor not only provides longer run time and longevity but also ensures efficient operation.

Featuring an oversized on-off switch, variable speed control dial, and dual L.E.D. battery indicators, the XCV20Z offers convenience and ease of use. The vacuum comes with a 1-14” x 5-1/2” hose for added versatility. Additionally, a large rubber bumper protects the work environment, while a locking cover ensures the safety of the batteries.

The motor chamber is constructed with sound-absorbing materials, resulting in a quiet operation with a noise level of 64dB(A) on the high setting. The rear casters with locking levers prevent the vacuum from moving around, providing stability during operation. A removable storage box holds attachments and batteries, keeping everything organized and within reach.

Part of the Makita 18V LXT System, this vacuum is compatible with the world's largest cordless tool system powered by 18V lithium-ion slide-style batteries. To ensure improved tool performance and extended battery life, Makita has incorporated Star Protection Computer Controls™ into the design. This innovative technology allows the tool and battery to exchange data in real time, monitoring conditions during use to protect against overloading, over-discharging, and overheating.

For added versatility, the tool can also be powered by Makita® 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion Batteries with the star symbol, indicating Star Protection inside.
