The Makita XUX02ZX1 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Couple Shaft Power Head Kit with 13" String Trimmer Attachment (tool only) provides a solution for various trimming and cutting tasks with zero emissions, lower noise, and maximum versatility. Powered by two 18V LXT Batteries (sold separately), this tool offers maximum performance and run time without the hassle of gas, while staying within the 18V battery platform.

Featuring a lever-style lock system, the Power Head allows for quick tool-less installation and replacement of attachments. It comes with a 13" string trimmer attachment and is compatible with a range of other attachments for tasks such as trimming, edging, cultivating, and brush cutting (sold separately). The Makita-built brushless motor delivers up to 7,000 RPM with the 13" String Trimmer Attachment, providing power and efficiency.

The 13" String Trimmer Attachment includes a rapid loading bump-and-feed trimmer head that easily loads line in seconds with 3 simple steps.
